What happens at a SingJam event?

The mission of SingJam is to unite people through music and our goal is for you to be a part of the music. As facilitators, our intention is to create a safe, welcoming environment where people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels can find their place in and add themselves to the music experience. At a SingJam event you can expect a rich musical environment centered around the communal performance of your favorite songs and potential new favorites.

Do I need to bring anything?

Every person who comes to a SingJam event gets a SingJam shaker egg. You are welcome to bring other instruments as well. If you want to bring a chorded instrument (guitar, ukulele, etc.), plan to bring a tuner and capo.

How do I join?

Join our events on eventbrite and/or register using the link below to be put on our mailing list and receive updates about our jams.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

Our sliding scale fee is $18 – $36 per adult and $12 – $24 per child. When possible, please register through eventbrite. We also accept venmo: @SingJam, all major credit cards, and cash. We encourage contributions of all sizes, so if you want to pay more pay more, and if you want to pay less, pay less. We do not turn people away for lack of funds.
